How do I receive my mockup files after purchase?
Once your payment is confirmed, you will receive an instant download link on the checkout page and via the email address provided during purchase.
What file formats are included in the downloads?
Most of our mockups are provided as high-resolution Adobe Photoshop (PSD) files with smart object layers for easy editing. We also include high-quality JPEG versions.
Can I use Akoya Mockups for commercial projects?
Yes, all our mockups come with a standard commercial license that allows you to use them for client work, social media, and advertising. Please refer to our License page for full details.
Do you offer refunds on digital products?
Due to the nature of digital downloads, we generally do not offer refunds. However, if you experience a technical issue with a file, please contact us and we will resolve it immediately.
Do I need the latest version of Photoshop to use these files?
Our PSD files are optimized for Adobe Photoshop CC. While they may work with older versions or alternative software like Photopea, we recommend the latest Creative Cloud version for full feature compatibility.
How do I edit the smart objects in the mockup?
Simply double-click the layer thumbnail labeled 'Your Design Here' or similar, paste your artwork into the new window that opens, save it, and the main mockup will update automatically.
