Return Process

  Our team will verify that the digital download has not been extensively used or that the physical item is in its original packaging.

  Process Return

  Once approved, we will deactivate the license for digital products or provide a shipping label for physical returns.

  Receive Refund

  Your refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
